Charlotte, a young woman who feels trapped in a routine, is in constant search of something that will give meaning to her life. She feels stuck in her day-to-day, yearning for a spark that will return the excitement she believes she has lost. In the midst of this search, she meets Adam, a man with whom she shares a night of passion and romance that awakens in her the hope of a future together. As she imagines sharing her life with him, the connection seems deeper than anything she’s experienced before. However, the next day, Adam disappears from her life without a trace, leaving her confused and hurt by the sudden abandonment.
