In Thor: Ragnarok, the God of Thunder finds himself trapped in a desperate situation that forces him to confront not only his own limits but also a threat that could mean the end of his home and his entire civilization. After being imprisoned on the other side of the universe, Thor is in a race against time to return to Asgard before his fate is sealed by the hands of a ruthless and malevolent force: Hela, the Goddess of Death.
The story begins when Thor (played by Chris Hemsworth) is captured by a mysterious being named Surtur, who reveals that the dreaded Ragnarok — the end of Asgard — is near. However, Thor’s greatest challenge is escaping his intergalactic prison, a place so distant and dangerous that it seems impossible to escape. On his journey back, he encounters new allies and enemies, but what matters most to him is preventing Hela, the lost sister of his father Odin, from destroying Asgard.
Hela, portrayed by Cate Blanchett, is a formidable villain whose strength and power surpass everything Thor has faced before. With a desire for vengeance stemming from her own dark past, she claims Asgard as her own and seeks to dismantle everything her brother has built. To achieve this, Thor: Ragnarok must team up with unexpected companions, including the incredible Hulk (Mark Ruffalo) and an old ally like Loki (Tom Hiddleston), whose loyalty remains uncertain.
