The Intruder
A young man begins to question his safety and sanity when a series of unsettling events lead him to believe someone is entering his home every night. What starts as a vague and fleeting suspicion quickly turns into an all-consuming obsession.
It all begins with small, seemingly insignificant changes: objects out of place, doors left ajar despite being closed, and a persistent feeling of being watched. At first, he tries to convince himself that he’s being careless or that his memory is playing tricks on him. However, the evidence starts piling up, and the young man can no longer ignore what appears to be a recurring intrusion into his most private space.
Paranoia drives him to take extreme measures. He installs security cameras, reinforces the locks, and even sets traps in his home to catch the potential intruder. Yet night after night, he wakes up with the same gnawing sense that something is amiss. Reviewing the footage only heightens his anxiety; the recordings show nothing unusual, yet the traces he finds the next morning suggest otherwise.
The lack of answers plunges him into a state of constant vigilance and mistrust—not just toward the outside world but also toward himself. He begins to wonder if his mind is fabricating these events or if he’s truly the victim of someone who knows every inch of his home and how to evade leaving any concrete proof.
As his paranoia grows, his personal relationships begin to deteriorate. Friends and family, concerned for his well-being, try to help, but he pushes them away, convinced they don’t understand the severity of what he’s experiencing. To him, the only thing that matters is uncovering who is invading his life and why.
The tension reaches its breaking point when the young man decides to confront the intruder directly. One night, armed with determination and a mix of fear and anger, he prepares for what could be a decisive encounter. However, what he discovers will challenge not only his perception of reality but also his own emotional stability.
