When Max Causey was just six years old, a freak accident resulted in him killing Santa Claus. Now, twelve years later, driven by guilt and the hope of undoing his childhood mistake, Max attempts to bring Santa back to life. But the creature he resurrects isn’t the jolly, kind-hearted figure of holiday legend. Instead, Max has unknowingly reanimated a bloodthirsty monster, bent on destruction. Worse still, the reanimated Santa is headed straight for Max’s friend’s Christmas party, threatening to turn the festive celebration into a nightmare. As Max scrambles to fix the catastrophe he’s unleashed, he must race against the clock to stop the rampaging Santa before the holiday season is completely ruined.
