Luca is a curious and dreamy young boy who lives beneath the sea, in a hidden world few know about. He and his best friend, Alberto, are no ordinary kids: they are sea monsters—magical creatures who can transform into humans when they leave the water. Upon arriving in a picturesque coastal town, Luca and Alberto dive—both literally and figuratively—into human culture.
