Captain America Civil War

After the events of Age of Ultron, the world is forced to confront the consequences of the existence of superheroes. The devastation caused by battles with superhuman beings, such as the creation of Ultron, makes it clear that the presence of these heroes is not without risks. In response, governments around the world come together to create legislation known as the Superhuman Registration Act, aimed at regulating and controlling all activities of individuals with special abilities. This act requires superheroes to register and operate under the supervision of the authorities, something not everyone believes is fair or necessary.

This new regime causes a deep division within the Avengers, and two clear factions emerge within the team. On one side is Tony Stark, also known as Iron Man, who supports the registration. Stark argues that government oversight is essential to prevent further disasters like those that occurred in Age of Ultron, asserting that heroes must be held accountable for their actions. However, many see this approach as a loss of freedom and a dangerous interference in the personal decisions of superheroes.

On the other side is Steve Rogers, or Captain America Civil War, who strongly opposes the Registration Act. Rogers believes the government should not have control over individuals who fight for the common good, as the decisions superheroes make should be guided by moral principles, not political interests. To him, this registration is a way of stripping the Avengers of their autonomy and endangering their ability to act without restrictions. This stance leads to a fierce conflict with his teammates, especially Iron Man.
