Avery Graves is an elite CIA agent, recognized for her skills and unwavering determination. However, her world shatters when her husband is kidnapped by a group of terrorists. This abduction is not a random act, but a calculated move to force her to betray her own country. The terrorists, seeking crucial information, demand that she provide them with valuable intelligence in exchange for her loved one's life. In a scenario where time is limited and options are scarce, Avery is forced to make drastic decisions that challenge everything she has stood for throughout her career.

Throughout the story, Avery must navigate a dangerous terrain, where not only the enemies of her country are after her, but also those with whom she once shared secrets and trust. Her espionage skills, sharp intellect, and survival instincts are put to the test as she desperately seeks the intelligence the terrorists want. Each step brings her closer to an internal conflict: how far is she willing to go to save her husband? How far is she willing to go to prevent her betrayal from causing irreparable harm?
