American Pie Presents: Beta House

Starting college is a major milestone in any young person’s life, and for Erik, Ryan, and Cooze, this new chapter marks the beginning of an adventure filled with excess, friendship, and challenges. The three friends arrive on campus with high expectations, and it doesn’t take long before they decide to join the legendary Beta Fraternity, renowned for its party spirit and unshakable reputation among students. Leading the fraternity is Dwight Stifler, the charismatic and shameless heir to the infamous Stifler legacy, known for his laid-back leadership and his uncanny ability to turn any situation into an excuse to party.

However, the dream of a college life ruled by fun and wild freedom is soon threatened. A rival fraternity, made up of eccentric and strictly disciplined students, bursts onto the scene with a clear mission: to eliminate everything that represents debauchery, wild parties, and carefree living. Hiding behind a facade of political correctness and strict values, this group isn’t interested in peaceful coexistence—they want moral dominance on campus.

Faced with this threat, the members of the Beta Fraternity must come together like never before. What begins as a simple rivalry quickly escalates into a cultural war, where the unwritten rules of college life are on the line. Erik, Ryan, and Cooze—now part of the Stifler legacy—must confront not only a hostile fraternity but also their own insecurities and doubts about who they are and what they truly stand for.
