On what seemed like a peaceful night, chaos erupts in an asylum when one of its most dangerous patients escapes confinement. This individual, known for his violent tendencies and psychopathic behavior, seizes the darkness to embark on a bloody killing spree within the facility. The night shift staff are thrust into a nightmare, becoming both the victims and, simultaneously, the only ones capable of stopping the massacre.
The setting of this psychological thriller is an isolated asylum, where dark hallways and secured cells become the battleground for an unstoppable killer. The staff members, from nurses to doctors and security guards, are forced to confront a life-threatening situation. Each must face their own fears and make quick decisions to survive and protect their colleagues, while trying to control the situation and prevent the killer from spreading further into the facility.
As the night progresses, the tension escalates. The asylum’s hallways turn into a deadly trap, filled with hidden threats around every corner. Trapped inside the building with a lethal enemy on the loose, the workers must use their wits and limited resources to stay alive. The uncertainty of the killer’s location and the constant feeling of being watched test their mental and physical endurance, as they fight to find an escape or at least survive until dawn.
The danger comes not only from the escaped patient but also from the paranoia beginning to spread among the staff members. The struggle for survival becomes a test of trust and desperation, as they face their worst nightmare: the unchecked violence of a disturbed mind combined with the complete isolation of their environment.
