The terrifying and meticulous killer known as Jigsaw has returned to plunge the city into chaos once more, unleashing a new wave of fear and desperation. The police, still haunted by the horrors of the past, must once again confront a criminal mind that turns murder into a macabre game of morality and survival.

It all begins with the discovery of a brutally murdered body, the crime scene bearing the unmistakable signature of the infamous killer: traps designed with surgical precision, disturbing symbolism, and a cruel logic behind each death. For Detective Eric Matthews, a man with a complicated history within the police force, the case quickly becomes a top priority. His experience tells him this is no copycat; Jigsaw is back—and he has a new message to deliver.

But the investigation takes an unexpected turn when Matthews and his team locate and arrest Jigsaw himself with surprising ease: a sick and seemingly frail man named John Kramer. The capture, far from being a victory, is only the beginning of a much deeper nightmare. As they interrogate Kramer, it becomes clear that his surrender was voluntary—and just one piece of a larger, more terrifying plan.
