In an era where virality seems to carry more weight than truth, a peculiar story emerges from the Southern Hemisphere. A film crew, hired by a media company known for its provocative and edgy content, sets off for Argentina with the goal of profiling a promising local musician. However, what was meant to be a straightforward and stylish documentary quickly turns into a disoriented odyssey when, due to an absurd yet plausible mistake, the crew lands in the wrong country.
Far from acknowledging their error, the crew—marked by technological ineptitude, cultural unpreparedness, and blind ambition—decides to push forward with their mission. To do so, they team up with several locals who are equally intrigued by the foreign presence and willing to participate in a collective improvisation: fabricating an emerging music scene that, in reality, doesn’t exist. What begins as an absurd montage of fake interviews, improvised performances, and carefully crafted hashtags soon evolves into a deeper experience.
