Ghosts of War
During the Allied occupation of Europe in World War II, a group of American soldiers becomes embroiled in a series of strange events while taking control of a French castle that was previously under Nazi rule. What initially seems like a routine mission to secure a strategic fortress quickly reveals that the castle hides something much darker.
As the days pass, the men begin to experience inexplicable phenomena: flickering lights, whispering voices in empty hallways, and invisible presences lurking in the shadows. At first, the soldiers believe these are simply hallucinations caused by the stress of war, but when one of them disappears without a trace, the situation takes a chilling turn.
Soon, local legends about the castle begin to come to life. It is said that during the Nazi occupation, German soldiers performed dark rituals in the castle's cellars, seeking to summon supernatural forces to secure their dominance in the region. Those same forces, fueled by the cruelty and suffering experienced within its walls, now seem to be active, thirsty for vengeance against any intruder.
The group’s commander, a pragmatic man used to facing the horrors of war, is forced to question his perception of reality. The soldiers are now fighting not only against human enemies but also against a force they cannot see or comprehend, turning their efforts to defend the castle into a fight for survival.
As the group members fall one by one, the survivors must face a difficult decision: continue resisting or try to escape the cursed castle, hoping that the evil within it won’t follow them beyond its walls. The story of these men is not only a chronicle of bravery in the face of death but also a reflection on how the scars of the past, both human and supernatural, can linger long after the war has ended.
