In the not-so-distant future, the world faces an unprecedented threat: a devastating chain of natural disasters puts the survival of the planet at risk. Confronted with this critical scenario, the world's powers come together in an extraordinary act of international cooperation. The result of this global effort is the development of a revolutionary technology: a network of climate-controlling satellites known as “Dutch Boy,” designed to monitor and modify the planet’s weather conditions with the goal of ensuring humanity’s safety.

For years, this system has operated as a silent guardian, preventing catastrophes and maintaining climate balance. However, the apparent perfection of Dutch Boy begins to falter when strange technical malfunctions escalate into deadly weather events. Entire cities are suddenly struck by extreme cold, lethal heatwaves, and unpredictable phenomena. What was once a tool for peace becomes a threat of apocalyptic proportions.

This is where Jake Lawson steps in—the engineer behind the original design—who is forced to return to the command center in space to investigate what’s going wrong. Meanwhile, back on Earth, his brother Max works within the government to uncover whether these failures are truly accidental... or part of a much darker conspiracy.
