At 17, Tanya had plans for a carefree summer, but everything changes when her mother, overwhelmed by stress, decides to take time off for a wellness retreat. To Tanya’s surprise, her mother leaves her and her three siblings in the care of an old, grumpy, and unfortunately, racist nanny. Though Tanya was expecting a relaxing vacation, she quickly finds herself caught up in an unexpected situation that will change her life.

The plot takes an unexpected turn when the nanny suddenly passes away, leaving them not only without an authority figure but also without money. Tanya's mother is away, enjoying her retreat, and the kids are left in a pressing situation. Feeling she can’t disturb her mother’s peace, Tanya decides to handle the situation on her own and take control of her household. The economic dilemma and the need to keep things in order lead Tanya to do something she never imagined: get a job.

With no previous work experience and an urgent need to support her family, Tanya decides to go to an interview at a fashion company, where she cleverly manages to pass herself off as an adult. This risky move leads her to take on a completely new role as an executive assistant. Suddenly, Tanya is immersed in the corporate world, an unfamiliar environment full of responsibilities, where the rules are very different from what she’s used to.

What started as a simple job to keep things afloat turns into a challenge in which Tanya must balance her work tasks with the responsibilities of taking care of her siblings. In this new phase of her life, the young woman quickly learns lessons about maturity, independence, and most of all, the ability to adapt to unexpected situations.

As the days go by, Tanya faces not only work-related challenges but also personal conflicts that arise with her siblings, who often feel overwhelmed by the situation. The summer, which initially seemed full of fun, turns into a life lesson about responsibility and sacrifice.
