The world’s most powerful criminal organizations survive by enforcing a strict code of loyalty and trust. At just thirty years old, Alex has already lived more than most. Raised on the tough streets of Montreal, he passed through foster care, served in the military, and spent time in prison. This unique combination of experiences shaped his character and prepared him — albeit in an unconventional way — for one of the most dangerous jobs in the world: infiltrating criminal gangs as one of their own.

Caine is not an ordinary cop, nor a traditional spy. His job requires him to earn the trust of criminals, participate in their illegal operations, and simultaneously gather the evidence needed to convict them. The constant tension of living a double life — surrounded by people who wouldn’t hesitate to kill at the slightest hint of betrayal — turns his mission into an extreme act of bravery and self-control. His goal is clear: to get close enough to understand how these groups operate from the inside, collect the necessary information to dismantle them, and then make it out alive to testify against them in court.
