In a world ruled by violence, blood debts, and street codes, there are those who try to leave the past behind in search of a new purpose. This is the case of Kris Chaney, an ex-convict who, far from seeking revenge or personal redemption, is once again drawn into danger when he decides to honor a promise made under desperate circumstances. His mission: to protect an innocent girl, the daughter of one of the most dangerous figures in Colombian organized crime.

The story begins when Chaney, driven by a strong sense of honor, kidnaps the daughter of a powerful Colombian drug lord. But this is not an act of revenge or personal gain. He does it to fulfill a promise he made to the girl’s mother—a woman who, in the midst of darkness, saw a glimmer of humanity in him. Kris’s commitment not only forces him to confront his own past but also pits him against a criminal network willing to do whatever it takes to get the girl back.

The girl’s father, devastated by what he sees as an unforgivable betrayal, unleashes all his influence and resources to hunt Chaney down. Not only does he mobilize the criminal underworld he controls, but he also hires a ruthless assassin—a psychopathic killer with no limits, whose sole mission is to eliminate Chaney and retrieve the girl by any means necessary.
